1A personal daily routine is extremely rewarding and productive. So, my day starts at 6 am and during summer I head out for a swim. I replace swimming with walking and stretching exercises during winter.
2My diet is straightforward. It’s not about diet or dieting but eating smart. I start my day with a glass of cold coffee while going through my Twitter feed. Through the day I eat simple, home-cooked, meals in moderation. Dinner is always early and with family.
3Golf is the stress-buster in my life. The game ensures I get several hours outdoors and gives me the opportunity to bask in nature and breathe in some fresh air. It is therapeutic for me and I spend hours every weekend revitalising at Jaypee Greens Golf Course.
A 4In pursuit of staying ahead in life, I strive to maintain a balance between external pressures and internal peace. Hectic schedules do not permit me to indulge in multiple activities. But the end of the day, when I ask myself “What should I do to rejuvenate my inner self” — the only answer that comes to mind is “experience everything” — family or career, be grateful for all that you have.
5Quality family time is important for me and that’s how my day winds down, besides some reading. This inculcates positivity in every member of the family and that keeps me healthy, happy and going!
