Wonderchef, promoted by celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor and entrepreneur Ravi Saxena, has plans to open 100 exclusive brand outlets as part of its retail expansion plans in coming years. A Rs 200-crore company, it has recently received two rounds of funding from Zurich-headquartered investment firm Capvent and French Group Labruyere Eberle.

Sequoia India backed start-up iBahn Illumination has launched app-based smart LED lights ‘Svarochi’, which will be controlled through mobile application rather than manual switched. iBahn Illumination has recently raised its first institutional round of funding from Sequoia India.
Minio secures $20 mn funding from NVP, others
Tech firm Minio said it has raised $20 million in funding, jointly led by Dell Technologies Capital, General Catalyst Partners and Nexus Venture Partners. The series A round also saw participation by Intel Capital, AME Cloud and Steve Singh, Minio said in a statement. The funding will be allocated to accelerate product development and growth, it added. Minio enables developers to store unstructured data on any public or private cloud infrastructure. Its solutions have seen over 10 million downloads since the general availability in January 2017.
HighRadius gets $50mn from Susquehanna
Fintech start-up HighRadius said it has secured $50 million in funding from Susquehanna Growth Equity. The Hyderabad based firm will use the proceeds of the funding to continue its aggressive growth and expand its presence globally, HighRadius said. HighRadius’ clients include companies like Adidas, Star-bucks, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Johnson & Johnson, Warner Bros, Danone, Sysco and Zurich. It employs over 500 people across the US, India and Europe. – PTI
